Meet Our Team
Ian is a seasoned and accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of transactional experience with a specific focus helping clients in the Western GTA.
Ian has represented hundreds of clients from first time Buyers, families, investors, professional relocations, downsizers and with Seniors and the families (Seniors Real Estate Group).
Ian has an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and a Specialist Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
Ian is a consistent award winner having achieved the company Chairman’s Award (top 1% in Canada), Red Diamond (top 2% in Canada) Diamond, Directors Platinum, Presidents Gold Award and the Award of Excellence.
Since becoming a Realtor, I have had to find a balance between two extremes common to many salespeople.
I was drawn to real estate by my belief that I could help people, and so put others first, But the way the industry worked, it seemed that you had to project confidence, knowledge, even a sense of superiority if you expected to succeed. In other words, you had to have a big ego.
I soon learned that these were qualities of the stereotyped real estate agent, when in actuality, the successful agent did, indeed, put people first.
In fact, they seemed to put almost everyone else first – their family, their friends, even their competition if that made for a better situation for everyone involved. In other words, they had to become servants. In the truest sense, they had learned to humble themselves.
George is an accomplished real estate professional with over 19 years of experience in the residential real estate market in addition to 15 years experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. His strong business background is a valuable asset in managing client relationships and contract negotiations.
George’s specific focus has been on serving his long standing client list in both the Bloor West and Kingsway areas along with numerous investment clients.
George has a diploma in Business Admin from Ryerson Poly Technique and is a fully licensed real estate Broker.
George has consistently achieved award winning levels of performance since he began his career in real estate at Royal LePage having achieved the Master Sales and Service Awards.
